When you receive a power surge warning on the USB port, disconnect all devices connected to the computer and click the reset button.(After the reset process is complete, restart your computer for the changes to take effect.)

Press Windows+S to launch the search menu, enter Device Manager in the text field, and click on the relevant search result.
