NO EXTENDED MODE WITH MOUC0203

  Good morning,
  I recently bought a HUB from your brand. Specifically, I have purchased the model MOUC0203 with serial number 2338. The problem I have is that I am going to use it with the HP ELITEBOOK 645 G9 to use my two monitors (one with VGA and the other with HDMI). In principle it duplicates the screens without problem, but I don't want that. I want it to be with extended mode. And that doesn't allow it. How can I solve this problem?. Thank you
