  No, you cannot connect to an additional screen. This is because that particular USB‐C port does not support video. It does support a 15W (5V/3A) power specification for USB‐C Power Delivery, so it is capable of data transfer and charging a device, such as a smartphone or tablet with a USB‐C port.
