Q: Why did the product not reach 100w charging to my laptop？
Support 100W power in; Power out (charging) of macbook dongle multiport is limited to 87W for safety. But this is set for the normal power supply of the hub , does not actually affect the charging rate.
Q: Why There Is No Video Output?
① Pls check whether your laptop is compatible with the product； and whether your laptop supports video output function.
② Pls check the input and output device connection is alright, the HDMI/DP cable is alright and the HDMI/ DP cable connection is alright.
③ Pls use standard HDMI/ DP cable.
Q: When connecting to a monitor, the screen often goes black and then lights up again. What should I do?
